FAIRPORT ASSET MANAGEMENT ADDS CLIENT TEAM LEADERS AND SUPPORT
CLEVELAND, OH (August 9, 2006) – Fairport Asset Management, LLC announced today the hiring of professionals who will advise and support its client service teams that provide comprehensive wealth management services to high-net worth clients and their families.
The following are now advising and facilitating wealth management for Fairport’s client service teams:
Mary W. Farrell joins as a Consultant. A certified financial planner, she was previously a registered investment advisor for Charles Schwab. She has nearly 15 years of experience that includes client service with Prudential and Mellon Bank. The Shaker Heights resident holds a masters degree in international affairs from the University of Pittsburgh and is a Kenyon College graduate.
Jeffrey A. Lucas returns as a Consultant. He interned with Fairport before starting his asset management career nearly ten years ago. Since then he gained client service and asset management experience at McDonald Investments and most recently Frye Financial Center in Aventura, Florida. He is a Cleveland State University graduate.
The following are new hires who are supporting client teams and Fairport operations:
Dennis A. Docktor joins as Accountant. His experiences include serving as an auditor and accountant for Charter One Bank and work at Hobe & Lucas as a certified public accountant. Before starting a career in accounting, he was a chemist for ten years at Ferro Corporation. The Parma resident holds a certificate in accounting from Baldwin Wallace College and is a Cleveland State University graduate.
Lorrayne A. Jennings joins as Client Service Manager. She has more than 15
years experience in financial services and investment industry office management and investor relations with Clarion Capital, TRIP Investment Partners and Mass Mutual. She holds securities and insurance licenses and is active with civic groups and on the boards of trustees of nonprofit organizations.
Carol L. Duke joins as Receptionist and Administrative Assistant. Previously, she was a Client Service Representative for Northpak Container. Her experiences include nearly 15 years of successive roles at Automatic Data Processing. The Garfield Heights resident is a Kent State University graduate.
Erin M. Fleming joins as Client Service Representative. Her 15 years of experiences include roles as a supervisor and customer service representative. The Cleveland resident has attended Ohio State University and Cuyahoga Community College.
